What is CoolSculpting?

CoolScuplting is safe, controlled, precise and effective.

CoolSculpting uses controlled cooling to target and kill stubborn fat cells under the skin. These targeted fat cells are frozen and then die. But where do the fat cells go after they die? Your body will naturally metabolize and eliminate the dead cells - for good! Typically within one to three months after your final treatment you will see full results.

Every individual is unique. In your complimentary consultation, Roxy will assess and strategize with you to find the best plan to start your transformation! For some, results can be achieved with one treatment but your plan may include multiple treatments to achieve your desired results.

Downtime

There is no downtime associated with the treatment so returning to your everyday life will be easy. The treated area will likely be tender to touch with possible bruises for 3-5 days.

“I didn’t go to my workout training the week after treatment day because I had tenderness in the midsection - but I could have. I chose to walk instead for the first week because movement always helps the body in its metabolic processes.”

- Roxy

What’s the difference between CoolSculpting and Liposuction?

CoolSculpting is not invasive, where liposuction is invasive and requires surgery. CoolScuplting achieves your desired result with no penetration into the body which means no needles, no scars, and no downtime. There are no restrictions after treatment and no anesthesia necessary.

Fat Reduction vs. Weight Loss

It might be a little confusing to learn that fat reduction is not the same as losing weight. But the difference is in what happens your fat cells.

Fat Cells After Weight Loss

When you gain weight, your fat cells get larger. After diet and exercise, and as a result weight loss, your fat cells have gotten smaller but the number of fat cells you have has stayed the same.

Fat Cells After CoolSculpting

When you have CoolSculpting treatments, the number of fat cells you have is  reduced by 20% - 22% in the treated areas.
