At New Image, we like to think of the consultation process as a pretreatment evaluation that is crucial in receiving treatments that meet your goals and deliver your desired result.
In Your 30-Minute Consultation
Privately discuss your concerns with Roxy, an RN, our consultation expert and Skin Center Manager.
Evaluate your skin with photographs and a special UV analysis to show underlying damage.
Review your medical history to ensure you are a candidate for recommended treatments.
Talk with Dr. Madsen and Roxy about a custom treatment plan that meets your goals, lifestyle and budget.

When you schedule your consultation, an upfront payment of $40 will hold your appointment. New Image accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and offers financing through Affirm.
Your 30-minute consultation with New Image is free if you decide to proceed with treatment within six months of your consultation. The $40 fee you provided to hold your appointment is applied to your first treatment. When scheduling treatments, the full cost of the treatment is due upon scheduling.
Treatments provided at New Image are considered elective, so the cost of your treatment cannot be submitted to your insurance company.

How And When Do I Pay?
Rewards Programs
At New Image we offer a few ways for our clients to access rewards. The first step to getting the most from your New Image experience is to sign up for our New Image VIP Program. Being a VIP gives you access to rewards for treatments, access to our VIP app where you can shop online and finance your treatments with Affirm, a special birthday gift from us, and access to additional savings with Membership options.
We also participate in the Allē Rewards program offered through Allergan. This rewards program allows our clients to receive points that cumulate into special savings on treatments within the Allergan family (Botox, dermal filler, and CoolSculpting).
