As Medical Director of New Image Laser Skin Center, Dr. Madsen provides medical oversight and clinical leadership for all aesthetic services offered at the practice.
With a deep foundation in evidence-based medicine, he believes that aesthetic treatments should enhance, not alter, a person’s natural features. His approach emphasizes safety, precision, and subtle, confidence-building results. Dr. Madsen works closely with the provider team to ensure every service, from injectables to advanced laser therapies and regenerative treatments, meets the highest standards of care.
He is especially passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and informed in their treatment decisions. Under his direction, New Image Laser Skin Center prioritizes education, ethical recommendations, and long-term skin health, not trends.

Trisha came to New Image Laser Skin Center with a vision to bring high-level aesthetic care to Chillicothe in a setting that feels welcoming, ethical, and results-focused.
As a board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser technologies, PRP, IV vitamin therapy, and advanced skin rejuvenation, Trisha approaches aesthetics with both clinical expertise and artistic detail. She believes the best results are subtle, balanced, and tailored, never overdone.
Her philosophy centers on education and collaboration. She takes time to understand each client’s goals and develops customized treatment plans that support both immediate improvements and long-term skin health.
